Nightmare. Don't rent from them. The lease agreement is 30pages and impossible to break. I was very sick and out on disability, I called the company and spoke to Rick asking about being let out of my lease because I was ill and couldn't afford rent payments. He told me, this is a business and basically they wouldn't let me out regardless of the situation. I also ask multiple times for an email address but everyone at the company refused to contact me in writing. Rick said he'd email me and he would take my case to his bosses... Never happened, never got an email, or a call back. Other tenants have told me you'll never get your security deposit back no matter if the apartment is pristine. Overall they are a shady company. Avoid them if you can.

The building is infested with mice. The managenent does nothing about it. It's a old building with old outdated kitchen and bathroom cabinets .
