Lady at front desk was very disrespectful and apparently has personal issues. Whatever groomer did my mini Golden doodle cut the hell out of both of his ears as well as underneath his ear. I don't recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Yet alone they charged $270.00 to completely shave them.with a few cuts

We brought our Chow here to be groomed and had a great experience. Some places don't service Chows but the staff did a wonderful job and our pup fell in love with the place. We will definitely take her back again

We asked that our dog be groomed a certain way and they completely shaved him everywhere! I'm so upset!! Our dog looks so sad and sickly now!

These people hired me Thursday, August 19th 2021, and told me to start the next day. (August 20th 2021) They just threw me in. No training or anything. They said my shifts would be 6:45am to 3:00pm. I showed up at 6:30 Friday. Today, (Monday August 23rd) I showed up at 6:30, and waited in my car, and the owner called me and said she “didn’t need me today” because she “didn’t want to overstaff” but to go back tomorrow. (Tuesday) Well, then the lady Who hired me, called me again tonight (Monday August 23rd) at 5:56 4 minutes before they close, and told me that they didn’t need me anymore because an employee who had left, or they didn’t know was coming back or something decided to come back. And that they decided to let me go because she already knows the routines, the dogs, etc and didn’t have time to train me. THEN WHY DID YOU HIRE ME?????????? Of course, I expressed my disappointment, and how disheartening that is, and she had no remorse or even sound like she cared about how disappointing and disheartening this is.
I’m sorry, that you hired me, and then had me start the very next morning at 6:45, with no training. And you expect me to know what I’m doing? Yes, I have experience in doggy daycare. But every place is different. New dogs, new routines, new rules, new commands, new everything etc. YOU hired me, had me start the NEXT day, and just THREW me in with NO training. And NOW you come back and say you “don’t have time to train” me. Then why did you hire me? Why did/do you have the job up on Facebook for hiring? 🤔
