I ordered through seamless at 12:07 with the delivery estimate being 30-45 minutes. It's now a hour and a half later, and I recently received a call from the delivery man. Although polite, he informed me my delivery will be an additional 10 minutes late. Why don't you guys switch the delivery estimate time then as I have meetings to attend to and don't have all day to wait on food to arrive. I even am understanding of an hour wait, but are you kidding? A HOUR AND 30 MINS AND YOU ARE GOING TO BE LATE EVEN FURTHER FOR ONE MEASLY BURRITO BOWL?
After 1 hour and 43 minutes, my food was finally deliver. I want to mention that my office is directly across the street. The top was opened with half the food spilled out. They also forgot to give me hot sauce which I requested. I called back and then the manager offered to have my food redelivered within 15 minutes. I agreed. The food came and I received toppings that I didn't ask for and don't like. They clearly employ the dumbest people ever that can't even get an electronic order correctly that they can reference back to.
I will never ever order from here again and the food is disgusting. You will be more satisfied with Chipotle.
