So far unhappy sitting outside beyond Appt  time, nasty condescending person answering phones, If time isn't valuable why do you charge so much for it? Person who answered phone said I'm waiting for a phone call to end? Dr. Seems ok so far, finally inside

We through and has great bed side manners. He cares about his patients. His office reached out to me when they found out my husband was admitted to the hospital.

Dr Ron Chay is one of the best Kidney Drs he is caring and takes care of his patients he has a way with words he explains everything to you his Pa is great my husband is under both there care My husband is in the hospital.due to Anemia and it effected his Kidneys Dr Chay.got right on to giving him what he needed and it is working well on.my husband I would recommend Dr Chat to every one who.needs a good Kidney Dr

I have been going to the office for 2 years, Dr Chay and Pa Jamie have been taking care of my kidneys and sugar diabetes Jamie helped me to get my sugars in good order and Dr C is happy my kidneys are staying well. Pa Jamie made me an appointment for the Covid vaccine, I wasnt sure how to make it and she was so helpful. They are good people, they really care for their patients, a few friends told me to come here and I am happy I listened
