I'd prefer to be friends/family with this doctor/nurse practitioner duo, not a patient and I'll explain why. They are very personable and likable (especially Dr. Ceka) but when it comes to needing something other than a 1 time prescription they are unwilling to help/care. And I'm a patient, not a friend so having a doctors office who can do more for me than take an EKG/offer me antibiotics is important and necessary. Specifically when it comes to writing/signing letters for work, school, medical documents etc they are lacking. They're nice about telling you no and will let you down nicely and always argue that another specialist doctor should be doing the paperwork and not them. They purely operate like a walk in clinic where you have a relationship with the doctor/NP but they bill as if they are a primary care office. The staff at the front desk are most of the time very rude and impatient, and your calls/messages are never returned back in a timely manner (usually takes 3 to 4 days if they even remember to call back). My uncle was in the hospital years ago and Dr. Ceka came to see him & follow up with him which was awesome but that doesn't apply to me personally. There's always a staff member on call who speaks Albanian which is great. The practitioners are very nice people but they're too busy to be doing more for the patients than offering walk in visits/follow ups. So in my opinion unless you need a quick fix with a prescription or need an EKG/echocardiogram I honestly don't recommend them.

Went to urgent care three times in one week spent about an hour there each time. All diagnosis given were inncorrect, Decided it was time to go to Dr Ceka Bari and Dr Ceka Ilka. Walked in without an appointment and was given THE ACCURATE diagnosis in 15 minutes. Of course experiencing a wait of 2 hours or so because I was a walk in with no appointment but completely worth every minute. By far the most knowledgable doctors I have ever come into contact with, I sent my whole family there!

Normally I don't have any issues here but for the last two weeks I have been waiting for my records to be faxed to me and everyday it seems like there is a issue I have called multiple times to no avail I'm getting the run-around Dr Ceka pls release my records so I can go to work again thank you
