        I chose this agency simply because I was his nurse the whole time he was ill. I've been with them a long time. The employee entered the claim for me and gave me the adjusters name. I have been calling for 3 weeks without a call back. This is more a bad review at the adjuster not the agency. They are helpful and pleasant. And I will register a complaint against that adjuster. Discovered the problem, I must have given them the wrong cell#. All has been rectified, very quickly I might add. They really are very nice and try to help in any way they can.
