This is the worst company to deal with in the health care industry, me being health care provider have so much hard time to get the payments , and NIcole the person who answers is the rudest person, she needs to know how to answer the phone and talk to people

Provider Service is Horrendous to say the least, this Nicole Rep that answers the phone is horrible lacks at customers service skills.!!!!

This Company is Obviously over worked & most certainly Under paid. The people are friendly & pleasant that work their nonetheless it appears that the Cross roads Health care pays far to little on their claims, about 10 percent and the local 210 members shoulder about 80 percent its not only unfair but unreasonable. The company has owed me & my family $1,189.00 since 09/25/2012. I mailed out two certified letters unanswered to this day. The company conduct is Egregious. Obviously the next step is to inform Goverment regulators in addition to going back to Richmond County court house in Staten Island, NY.
