I have been having highlights for over 20 years with Nece. She was originally with another Salon and when she joined Headquarters I followed her. No one can compare to Nece. She is truly a professional. I live in Florida for the winter months and I will go to Nece before I leave and as soon as I return to Staten Island. I will not go to anyone else.

I called for a same day appointment, for my wife, and the individual working the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. My wife also had the same experience and said the stylist was very nice as well. My wife went into the salon with dark brown hair and blonde lowlights and wanted to change it up to a silver ombre hairstyle. She showed the stylist the picture of the style she wanted and they were off. After the styling, my wife declined having her hair blown out but was never shown the end product in a mirror. This is where the disappointment started, my wife felt as if the stylist and person helping were rushing and ready to go. This may have been why she wasn't able to see her hair before leaving but regardless the styling she received was literally the same style her hair was before.. but with more shades of blonde. I posted the style she asked for and the hair style she left with. She wanted her hair to literally be silver but left with a similar style as to when she entered. It is not a bad looking style but as a consumer what more can you do for a stylist other than show the exact picture of what you'd like done?
