My hair was fantastically boring. Ive Benn growing it out, finally have a head of virgin hair, but no shape to it. Bill was so kind, listened to me and knew exactly what I meant when I said I wanted it spruced up, he gave me really nice deep bangs and some layers. It curls up so nicely now and I'm not bored to death by it. Success!

I personally wouldnt recommend Jess from this salon. She is an absolute bully online and thinks its okay to attack other cosmetologists, even those who are in school still. She didnt like my personal beliefs and decided to call me derogatory names and then proceeded to also comment rude messages on my school account. Its very disgraceful that someone would act this way towards a student especially. I would have a talk with her about what is appropriate online conversation especially when she represents your salon in her accounts and what is considered bullying behavior towards someone whom she doesnt know. Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting behavior on her part.

Purchased Groupon for wash cut blow. Horrible experience. Was asked to paid an additional $30 at the end of my service because my hair went past my shoulders (not the taxes as I paid those when I arrived). This shouldve been included in the Groupon price or been noted before the service. Will not be returning.
