Can not utilize my HSA account? This is 2019. They make it so hard to pay. On their bill they state there is a late fee. I’m done. NEXT !!!!

I just received a Bill from a collective agency of unpaid bill for $150, I live 1,300 miles AWAY. I have NOT visited this place in over 5 YEAR. How could they not contact me within time for an unpaid bill?? I will be contacting the NYC department and file a complaint of this Practice!!!!!

These are the worst people to deal with. They sent me a bill after 3 years for $65 and threatened me with collections. I don’t know why would someone wait 3 years to bill someone. I offered to pay with credit card they told me they don’t accept credit cards. What kinda business does not accept credit cards in 2019!!!
