My husband and I went there today for our first time and all I can say is That it was very comical watching a grown woman ( the receptionist) tend to her whiny infant baby that when everyone who saw her complimented how cute she was n all the receptionist did was IGNORE their kindness. She's not only rude but needs to get the stick out of her ass n you can tell she despises her job to the fullest . The dr is very very nice but because of her we won't be going back there . Sucks for them cause our insurance is one of the good ones lol I gave them ONE star cause this office is a complete joke n they need someone other than this nasty lady to work there !!!!! Do yourself a favor and do not go here .

I'm pretty sure that Ashley B, the previous reviewer, IS this doctor's receptionist, and she is the NASTIEST, UGLIEST (and not just physically) person I've ever come into contact with. I guess when you have a personality like hers and you're running your husband's office, you have to make up fake reviews to avoid ruining his practice. Unless you want glass windows slammed in your face, to be spoken to like a little child, and made to wait until she feels like addressing you, STEER CLEAR OF THIS DOCTOR. He's totally aware of her antics, and does not care. BEWARE!

What a horrible experience.  Someone should tell the Dr, he is not doing us a favor. The receptionist has the worst attitude. Does not care about the patient. It would be great if they listened and tried to help.  Wasting your time and not caring is what they are expert at.I strongly recommend finding an office/DR. that cares for your well being. Ashley is nasty rude and should not be put in any situation to deal with patients.

I was very pleased with the service that was given to me by dr.singman. I have been to many dermatologist on Staten Island to help treat my many skin conditions and no one was able to help me. The office staff was pleasant and getting an appointment was not a problem. I have recommended family members and friends to Dr and they have also been pleased.
