        Zero service. Doc doesnt speak to patients. You need to make a follow up visit to ask a question this after you already seen the doc. Even the NPs dont speak or call back. If I could give this a negative star I would. I have been with Scufari many yrs as he took over for Dr. Messo and his office is all about the money. Move on from this doctor not worth it.

        The front desk staff in this office can improve on greeting patients, instead of just looking at patient's face and not offering any directions.

        Overall Ive always had a good experience but I do have to agree that the milk you for any penny they can. To charge someone $10 for not paying copay on the same day of the visit meanwhile the secretary didnt ask for a copay pitiful. The doctors, nurses, etc are much more well off than the working class community that they serve. No need to take us for every penny.
