        Had an appointment scheduled for months. Sephora canceled it the DAY OF it was 4 hours before the event. The girl was sick but apparently they didnt know until 11am and they have no replacements. Just so you know ladies dont count on an appointments here.

        Ordered same day shipping with more than enough time to spare. Spoke with the manager to explain that this was the only Christmas gift my daughter would be getting and was assured it would be fine- item would be delivered. I waited patiently all day but the item WAS NOT EVEN PROCESSED. I never received it and it really takes a cruel, heartless person to do such a thing during the holidays. I will NEVER deal with STATEN ISLAND SEPHORA. This was the last in a long string of unsuccessful, displeasing experiences with that staff. Sephora should consider reviewing the entire staff as they are all rude and inept in their positions

        I had very bad experience on Oct 23 -2023 with make up artist her name is( Navida )rude not nice do not recommended the makeup service at all and I spoke with the manger she didn't do anything, but the products are good .
