I went in yesterday for a new foundation and let me tell you, I received the best customer service. The lady was knowledgeable about each product I wanted.
I can’t remember her name because I have 4 kids and can barely remember my own name but it was on Wednesday Jan 20. 2021. She was such a beautiful person inside and out!
Thank you for making me feel comfortable. :)

I like going to this Sephora over the main store in the mall. The staff here are much friendlier. Jamila was awesome yesterday.

I found a shop assistant a little bit, but she was very friendly and helpful, even though she made up another customer. Very prudent and she was always approachable for questions. I think if it had been full, it would have been a challenge for them - but so it was a nice relaxed shopping for me.

Dieser Sephora Shop ist kleiner als in der Staaten Island Mall, und deshalb nicht so überlaufen. Eine Verkäuferin fand ich zwar ein bisschen wenig, aber sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, obwohl sie eine andere Kundin schminkte. Sehr umsichtig und sie war jederzeit ansprechbar für Fragen. Ich denke, wenn es voller gewesen wäre, dann wäre es für sie eine Herausforderung geworden - aber so war es für mich ein schönes entspanntes Einkaufen.
