Found him very unpleasant and unprofessional. I had inquired about getting quotes for multiple items. In the message, I had broken it down by cost per item as I am comparing costs with other contractors to gauge who to go with.

He showed up after charging 100.00 for the estimate; snapped a few photos and gave me lump sum quotes which I did not want. When I asked him about breaking down the quote to individual items , he spazzed out at me and started ignoring my messages scamming me out of the $100.00

I consider this a cheap lesson to filter out a very cruddy contractor. I work in construction as a PM so have experience getting scopes of work / estimates but if he can't conduct a simple breakdown of cost per replacing a toilet or cost per regrouting a shower then I question his skillset.

John Of All Trades really lived up to the name - and with prompt, friendly and professional service. We had several to-do items around the house - interior and exterior - and John handled them all like a champ. Everything looks great and were so happy with all of his work. I cant recommend him enough for just about anything you need done. Extremely reasonable prices - and the fact Johns a great dude is a bonus. Thanks for helping us take care of business, John! John was a pleasure to work with. He was accommodating and was able to start the work right away. He caulked my bathtub and toilet bowl, removing all old layers of caulk (that my husband and I tried to do ourselves and failed at) and making the areas look so sleek, even recommending clear caulk that I didnt know existed. John also compounded and painted few areas on my walls that chipped and reattached baseboard that had come undone. All the time he worked neatly and efficiently. Will definitely use him again! I called 2 other contractors who never set up an appointment with me. I turned to John of all trades. He got back to me and set up an appointment. The job was done this passed weekend. It was a great job and everything was cleaned up afterwards. I will be calling again fir other jobs.
