Although I wouldn't nearly consider this Chinese restaurant/establishment called/labeled New Phoenix, is a Chinese food take out/fast food style restaurant in the Park Hill/Fox Hill sections/neighborhood of or on the North Shore section of Staten island or Richmond County. Which this particular section of the North Shore of Staten Island and Park Hill neighborhoods could and would be considered what many call Shaolin. Shaolin NYC, also know as the Wu Tang District's population is the main demographic for this business and estaishment. As far as I am concerned the demographic they serve aren't very pleased with either their service or their quality of food or cheffing skills. Having lived in the neighborhood for years on and off I can say I've heard Friday hand from many neighbors and neighborhood friends that they serve cats and dogs, especially due to this particular neighborhood's (also known as 10304 Killah Hillz.) Overpopulation of strays with both species. I've eaten here personally and did NOT enjoy the food here and personally will NEVER go back. My ex girlfriend would always come here for fried chicken wings and french fries until she ate an egg roll from here that gave her horrible food posioning in which she was over the toilet throwing up for hours and hours and hours.i would NEVER GO back to this establishment and I wouldn't suggest anyone try it out. 1 star only because we can vote zero stars.
