John and his staff are amazing. They did such a great job to my dental office "queens village dental associates:. All the stains were removed and the carpet looked new. Thank you preffered carpet!! Will definitely recommend them to eveyone

Last week Rich came over to my mother's house to clean the carpet. These carpets would nearly destroyed from her pets. Rick showed up and he was a gentleman they were fair and honest price, I could not be more happy with the service. Rich did a fantastic job in the carpets look Nearly New I will definitely be using them again. It's very hard to find Reliable people and trust him to go inside your home and work I hope this review helps anybody looking for solid company to do business with.

I called for a price quote to clean two bedrooms in our house. When they came over they took a look at the two rooms and quoted me a price. During the cleaning I asked them to clean an area rug in our den that had car urine in it. They got the urine stain out and it was a very old stain. They cleaned our couch, two bedrooms and an area rug for only $400 and the carpets look so clean. I really think that we can get another 5 years out of these carpets now. This cleaning saved us on new carpets. I will be calling them before thanksgiving to clean our other rooms.

My handmade Asian rug was taken for cleaning three weeks ago. I anticipated the cleaning would take a week and my rug would be returned promptly. My calls and text messages are no longer returned. This rug cost me thousands of dollars and at this point, I will have to sue if its not returned in the next couple of days. When I have an update, I will revise or add to review, but I would not recommend this company.
