The fact that their responses to the bad reviews are copy and pasted is just laughable and validating what these people are saying.

I am having a horrible experience with my loved one at this facility ! Constant issues and they never never never answer the phone for me to address the issues. Restricted visits unbearable. We found her with a black eye with no explanation from staff.. she calls crying saying how she is soaked in pee unreal!!!

The things I have seen go on in this place are terrible either bc the staff has lost the will to care or just isnt being paid enough to bother. For the sake of the residents they should focus on improving staff because with the bare bones crew they have it's a miracle the place is able to run with how many residents they keep forcing in to make more profit off of. They genuinely do not care about how they are going to take care of residents no matter how sick all they are concerned about it is filling empty rooms with more paying customers. I Have more war stories I can tell than I can count about this place.
