mother passed away in this facility. She was given the care to keep her alive well-fed cleaned and washed and looked after 24/7. Unfortunately broken arm, for stitches to an arm and a major infection from her wrist to her shoulder which went undetected for close to a week and put her in the hospital for 10 days, infection. Employees also smell of marijuana after coming back from the brakes. What they do on their own time is their own business, be forewarned.

This place is absolutely horrible! Most of the staff seem like they're from the ghetto. My father has been at this place for a month and a few of his items have gone missing, his clothes constantly gets mixed up with other's clothes, and the food is disgusting. They're also grossly understaffed. My father has complained about needing to use the bathroom only to be ignored. On a side note: Shame on VBH for having making me feel forced to choose this place when there were other options availible. Also, the therapy group, which is sub-contracted out to a different company, does an excellent job! The therapy group is about the only thing that's top notch about the Renaissance!
