My husband and I had a list of inspectors that our realtor provided to us, Bob answered his phone right away, he patiently answered all of my questions and scheduled an inspection in a timely manner. During the inspection, he was very thorough and detail-oriented, not only was his documentation clear and contained many pictures, but he willingly explained any concerns he had with the property. He emailed his report within 24 hours and we were able to make an educated decision for our purchase thanks to his thorough work and his excellent customer service.

Bob did an inspection of a house that I am buying. He was a pleasure to work with. He was thorough and explained every facet of what he saw. He took his time and made sure that he didn’t miss anything. His report, which I got the next day, was amazingly comprehensive. It was easy to understand what HAD to be remediated and what were merely suggestions.
