I'm not sure how they only have positive reviews because I found them to be very frustrating to deal with. They've pumped my tank each time and there have always been issues- cancellations, not bringing the needed equipment, taking multiple hours and days to do it. They had to start from scratch every time, digging holes all over to look for the tank because they would not mark it or measure out where it was. I'd ask them to do so each time, but they came again this year, dug some more holes and left. When I asked why it always takes them so long, they refused to respond or come back. I am not sure why they choose to work this way because it is counterproductive and rude. The new company found it with a device, pumped it, made suggestions, and were done in a little over an hour at a very fair price. Finally.
