The tractor arrived with a wrapped seat and half a tank of diesel fuel. A week later they called ....they had given me the wrong tractor. I had to leave work early again to be home for the swap. My new tractor arrived with a filthy seat and barley any diesel. The tractor also didn't have proper air pressure on the front tires. The first time I used the tractor the tire came off the rim, in a snow storm, in my driveway. I called landpro and they said they didn't have anyone to come and fix my tractor. I drove the tire to Springville to have it fixed. With all of the people working at the store they made quick work of getting the tire fixed. Very disappointing

If we could give zero stars we would. Made an appt for November 30th for fluid & filters. They had our tractor for 6 weeks for a mere 2.5 hours worth of work. After we made numerous phone calls and visits (they never once called to let us know what the delay was) we finally got our tractor back. We then sent an email asking for an invoice and asking what the EXTREME delay was and of course got the inevitable ridiculous excuse of "covid". Perhaps if they were short staffed they should have never made the appointment and taken on a 2.5 hour job that they couldnt complete for 6 weeks. Customer service is severely lacking at this business and we will never go back or recommend them.
