2009-2011 I was a resident here this was my first apartment I was about 22 years old. Always paid my rent on time very large studio apartment for someone that just turned an adult. What a wonderful opportunity i was given. After that I got my first real apartment lived there until 2013 started a family move again to a bigger apartment. now I’m 33 mother of multiple children in a 4 bedroom apartment out of nyc this place taught me how to always pay my rent etc and now I will always would be able to have good recommendations I want to say thank you and wanted to bring hope for others that will be moving here 💖

Very very rude. I politely asked Sean Hall for the square footage of the apartments. He first said he didn't know at all and then he asked me why would I want to know and I gave him my answer about me moving in soon but I need to know the square ft for my furniture spaceage to see if it will fit. He had rudely dismissed me and wouldn't give me the square footage to the studios until I was an applicant or signing the lease. He had such a aggressive and annoyed demeanor, and wouldn't give me the contact info or even the name to the superintendent! Absolutely unprofessional. The reason I give this 2 stars is because, the female security guard is a sweetheart. Please make a website or put the square footage on your pamphlets. It's highly unprofessional considering that there's little to no information on the status of the supportive housing. At least Harlem Dowling has prices, an estimate of square footage, and interior pictures. It seems VERY SHADY that you would all be so vague and IGNORANT.

Some of my piano students are denizens of this place and as a result I hang out here often. There is a nice garden and the entire place is nice. I had an argument with the doorman about organic vs conventional produce. I had tried to sell him some herbal extracts but he wanted glycerites or herbal vinegars instead of alcohol.
