Medex Supply

I was sent a defective product in June - i've been calling, emailing and even faxing nonstop ever since to initiate a return. NO RESPONSE. How are these people still in business?!

Update: 1 week and 5 emails later - still no refund nor any response. Can’t get through on phones and no one replies. Ordered a product in March. They cancelled it at the end of June after making me wait and saying just another 2-3 weeks. Then told me a refund could take 3-4 weeks. Have not seen one yet. Can never get anyone through phone and only got an email reply when I threatened to call my credit card company. STAY AWAY!

Frank Lamendola was awesome to work with. I was not a purchase order or a credit card, I was a person. My father had major surgery on his heart and Frank always asked how my father was doing. He answered my phone calls and emails. He made the process easy and I would come back to this company in the future because of Frank Lamendola.

Toni was an excellent sales person, she took the time to help me get casters for a walker my wife has. Toni took the time to contact the manufacture to make sure these are the ones I needed. Your price was perfect and I will continue to use your service as needed. Kudos to Toni.
