Worst unreliable company. Started good during scheduling then stood us up on the day of without any explanation. Called back and forth several times on that day, spoke to someone who kept on saying we’ll get back to you then never showed up! After calling the number nobody was picking up anymore and you cannot even leave a message. So just like that they wasted my entire day waiting and had to put everything back in the garage after clearing it up for them to have an easy access. UNRELIABLE!!!!!

This company offers affordable and most professional garage door repair service!!! Worth every penny every time..we are repeat customers and wouldn't trust anyone else. Excellent prices, customer service and work. I texted him late in the evening, and he came next day around noon!

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The garage door was working like new in a very short time. I would absolutely recommend these guys for all your door repair needs. We couldn't be happier with the work that was completed. Definitely pass their info on to family and friends.

The tech came in Saturday morning. Repaired the springs and balanced the door. Pricing more than reasonable. Job done well. I'd recommend to wait and hear from them before you accept a job with another company for garage door installation or repairs.

Big Apple Garages Doo'rs Repair Spring Valley NY tech installed the new doors that we purchased. They did a great job we are very happy with the way they worked . The two of them were very fast and cleaned up the mess and it looks great. They were also the best price of the 3 bids that we got before we decided on them.
