Sales department very knowledgeable and friendly.Five Stars for sales!
Service; can no longer give 5 stars as they kept our car for 3 weeks with no resolution. Horrible chemical like smell coming from air vents. They claim they took car engine apart in 2 days (last 2 days it was there) and can't find anything wrong and therefore can't help. We have to have kods drive around in posinous gases and all they can say is well of anything happens it was documented and you have something to fall back on. WOW! I am sure they would let their kids sit into he car. It is so bad that windows need to be rolled down to breath. I would have loved to seen the break down of the car on video. I know they have capabilities to show it. Nothing. May have to get the head quarters, NY state, or news involved. After all, it is our health they seem not to care about. Suprised at BMW.
