Abe's Restaurant

I've been going to Abe's since 1995 or so. Always good food. Awesome service, very accommodating with the food orders. I love this place. I bring my friends who have never been here before. And Godd@mn, I wish Abraham Lincoln could take a ride in a time traveling Delorean to replace Biden and #45 as our Next President.

This place is great. Its like a log cabin and has lots of Abe Lincoln memorabilia on the walls. Its no frills but thats the best part. You read the paper menu and then go to the register and order and pay. The guy taking your order will bring your food to you. We have never been here but we learned the guy who took our orders name was Tom and he was a great guy. The food came out fast and was everything you want in a diner. This place doesnt overload the grill with butter like some diners and I appreciate that. This place is cash only and they have an ATM if you didnt know that. You have to have great food to do business this way. This helps them keep the prices lower than a lot of places around. I ordered the steak and eggs. And if you look at the picture and think they didnt cook my steak just know I always ask for my steak as rare as you will cook it and to me this was perfect. Thanks Tom for not being afraid to do it as I say. Everything else was great and the home fries have good flavor and are cooked through if youre a home fries eater youll know what that means. Excellent place you will not be disappointed if this is the style of place you dig.
