Excellent food fantastic chili and great clam chowder salads fresh and crisp highly recommend this place

I came here for a nice dinner and to fill up on what I thought to be quality food with my father. When I left I was more hungry than when I came in. First we began with a basket of bread and our waitress was very kind but didn't have the best night. We ordered another basket which never came and had to ask the man for another bread basket. We ordered two classic burgers, one could medium well, the other cooked medium. we also ordered a bowl of clam chowder.After waiting for about 30 minutes we finally got our food but the chowder was still not there so we told her to cancel the chowder. But when I cut open my burger it was no where near medium it was well done but I had no choice but to eat it because the waitress didn't come back for quite a while and by that time I was almost done with my burger. We told her that we ordered medium for this burger so she told us we could get it to go. it was getting later and later my father and I had fell asleep. The waiter woke me up as she walked by and my father didn't wake up until I told him that I got my burger. The waitress brought our bill and to my surprise and my father they had charged us for the replacement burger. The manager came out and pretty much gave us a scolding for asking for a free burger when our first one was not cooked properly and the replacement burger wait put us to sleep. The manager ended up taking off the charger and said "sorry" I'm such a sarcastic ways. She came back with the bill and we discussed the tip and giving us attitude as we talked and the manger said that the tip is based on the quality of your time spent here. She was making me angry because she was so rude to us, so we walked out. After we had walked around and ate food elsehwhere, I remembered that I had forgotten my to go bag with my burger in it. We called them and they had said that they had thrown it out but was not shocking to me at all. I did not like the way I was treated at this restaurant and I hope no one has to go through what I did.
