The receptionist was wonderful and friendly. I had to change my appointment a few times, and it was not a problem. The exterminator was on time and professional. I recommend them often.

Perhaps due to the mild winter, we had a major carpenter bee issue this summer at our house. I first found seven holes that the bees had made into the siding of the house. I had ordered the "bee service" of another major local pest control company before calling Twin Forks. That other company came over first but solved nothing: all they were willing to do was to point the hose upward and spray pesticide onto the one side of the house where I had found the holes. They did not find it useful to spray the other three sides of the house, nor did they agree to put any dust into the holes (dust is actually a much more helpful treatment than spraying), nor did they inspect for any other holes. Of course the bees were still around -- you can't miss them, they were all over the place. When I called Twin Forks, they were extremely professional, they returned my after hours call immediately the following morning. They even called when they had a cancellation, to offer to arrive several days earlier. They had the right tools (which the first company did not have) -- a very long shaft that allowed them to spray the dust at holes that were 22 feet up near the roof (which the other company refused to do because it would have caused them to climb ladders). They not only used the dust, but then they came over with the spray as well, but covered all four sides of the house. Importantly, they carefully inspected the entire structure and found 8 more holes (for a total of 15!) and treated them all. Twin Forks Pest Control provided the best service anybody can hope for when it comes to carpenter bees!
