        This place has incredibly poor staffing and help. I had a telehealth appointment and not only was it put in incorrectly I was also told that they wouldn’t have gotten to me anyway since they had over scheduled her in person appointments. This is very poor practice and can put people’s health in jeopardy. I hope they begin to think of their patients and maybe fix their issues.

        i agree with the other reviews. Rude staff and incompetent Dr.Moore,. Stony Brook Emergency Room Doctor referred me here because I came in with a Fractured Shoulder 6 days ago. I had xrays taken before ..Dr. Moore took an xray of my neck , not the shoulder ????? I wanted to see if the fragment had moved...if it did that means surgery....and usually the doctor will show the patient the injury on a computer but he didn't. Then he said I could drive with my stability sling, which is illegal. When I told him that is not allowed, he said that he didn't know about the law!! Also, that I didn't need Physical Therapy! "Just hang my arm down everyday." Also, The front desk was supposed to order a ct scan and I am still waiting! So, I went for a second opinion to Orlin & Cohen Medical Specialists Group. They took an xray of my shoulder to see if fragment moved, ordered a cat scan asap (to see if there is a rotator cuff tear,) and set me up with physical therapy for the future to help get my range of motion back! Glad I did not listen to Dr. Moore. I'm a registered nurse and I worked on an Ortho Floor in a hospital for 6 weeks. This is a place I am avoiding.

        Dr Zohrabian listens to you intently and addresses every concern you have mentioned. He is an expert at his field of medicine. He cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to help you. It has been years since I found a dr like him. Simply the best.

        My father has come here for 20+ years and I have just begun coming here last year, I've always had a good experience and they are nice, not sure what's going on with all the bad reviews.
