Everything happened just as scheduled. On time, personable, and the stains disappeared right before my eyes, including an old one that turned out to be rust, while I kept insisting it must be wine. Good price too. Highly recommended.

Wow! What a fantastic job. First, the techs showed up on time--something that rarely happens in The Hamptons. Then, a large indoor/outdoor rug on our covered porch, I believed was too far gone to be adequately cleaned and would have to be replaced, after cleaning looks almost brand new! My expectation for simply cleaning the rug so I could get through the summer season, now has become---no need to replace! Thank you East End!
