Crazy long wait times, waited here for 2 hours past my appointment time, avoid if possible. The DR was nice though.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. i went for a rapid covid test and was immediately disappointed at the manners of the people working there, especially the front desk lady. i asked questions about how to get the results, etc. and was cut off by her every time. additionally, i was told i would receive the results in an hour, and now it’s going on 2 weeks with no results. i called their office multiple times and would either get redirected or no response. i had to catch a flight the next day so i had to then drive 2 hours out of the way to get a rapid test somewhere else only a few hours before my flight. save yourself the exhaustion and frustration and do not go here for a covid test, unless you are in no rush whatsoever. i honestly doubt ill ever get those results.
