You never know what challenges people are going though in life, but the owner had the intuition to know that I was going though something and personalized my experience accordingly with kindness, patience, and humility.       image I went to Bomi to create a custom engagement ring after searching around for someone I was comfortable with taking care of something so important to me. I was blown away by the professionalism, attention to detail, and final product! Erica is the most helpful person that I have ever worked with as a customer! I was very particular about every little detail, and she was patient and attentive and took care of every problem in a very pleasant and easy way. The process was so much easier and more enjoyable because of her. Thank you!
