Absolutely the worst experience trying to get my daughter's results. The Doctors refused to do a video conference during covid or discuss with me over the phone after several requests. I went down to get the results and all they were concerned about was collecting a co-pay. My daughter's pediatrician requested the results while I was in her office and still haven't received them. Probably going to reply about their policies. This was a whole new set of circumstances during covid that the policies weren't prepared for.

HOT ROOM mattress is like sleeping on a plastic rock...with plastic pillows. when mentioning to admin - felt patronized with her stating that they paid a lot for the mattresses b/c people sometimes weewee on them... but SO UNCOMFORTABLE AND HOT SLEEPING ON PLASTIC. NOT NOT NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO RETURNING... DREADING THE NEXT EXPERIENCE ... I WAS TOLD OH... YOU CAN BRING IN A MATTRESS PAD AND YOUR OWN PILLOW... WELL I'M NOT BUYING A MATTRESS PAD FOR THIS ONE NITE HORROR

While it took a long time to have my in person sleep study scheduled from the time of my initial consultation, I was extremely impressed with the kind and compassionate staff who facilitated the overnight study. Despite my initial apprehension, the considerate staff eased my worries and fears and couldn’t have been more attentive to my needs throughout the night.

Came on a Saturday for a meeting about cpap use and technique. The staff came in on their own time, this was very informative as far as questions and the right fit of the masks. I was not using the mask up to this point as I was very uncomfortable with it. After this meeting I have wore the mask every night and even when I take naps! Thank you for your professionalism and expertise on sleep/cpap use.
