Michael Ettinger is not only a great Elder Care attorney, but he has a heart of gold. My brother and I were put in a very difficult situation when my father was rushed to the hospital with a brain tumor the size of a baseball the beginning of December. Thank God the tumor was benign. In a very short time, Mr. Ettinger got all the paperwork together for three trusts; a MAPT Trust for my father and two inheritance trusts for me and my brother. Even though Michael was ill with the flu, he was able to get the trusts done and came to my brother’s house at 10:00 am on a Sunday morning to have it signed. He spent 2 hours of his time going over everything the Sunday before Christmas. We couldn’t thank him enough. Michael is a very calming person and explains complex material making it easier to understand. He was able to put our fears to rest because we knew we had him to rely on and help us - not just with the trusts, but going forward with any residual questions.
