I just want to say the receptionist Carly is very rude. The way she responds on the phone is completely unprofessional and honestly if that is tolerated then the whole office needs to be retrained on what is professional.

Dr. Jay is an outstanding Doc. He has incredible bedside manners, and is very authentic. He literally saved my Dad's life recommending tests on a hunch, that turned out to be 100% on the money. The fact that he is an outstanding human is bonus! Thanks Dr. Jay!

Had a really positive experience. Spoke to staff prior to my visit. They made me feel so comfortable going into the office. I was very nervous going in person, but I had to see a doctor. Staff was so professional and they location was extremely clean. They used all the CDC guidelines. I felt safe, I didnt wait and was seen right away! Would absolutely recommend for my family and friends to only use this clinic. Excellent staff and amazing physicians.

I went here a couple of weeks ago. The staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable during my visit. They followed all safety protocols and guidelines. They were able to move up my appointment quickly because of my work schedule with no problems. I would highly recommend coming to this office.

Elite Medical is a superb practice! The office is so well run. The office staff and nurses are so sweet, so caring, so accommodating, and so knowledgeable. Dr. Jay Schneider is an expert dr. The best of the best. An example of a perfect dr. I wish everybody on Long Island could have him as their dr. He treats you like you are his #1 patient. He listens intently, he is so calming and soft spoken, so polite, treats you like family, he NEVER rushes you, ALWAYS treats you back to health and follows your records, test results and annual visits, follow up visits with all your specialists doctors. When you have a call into him, HE personally will ALWAYS call you back that day/night. Dr. Schneider is a "model" dr., that all doctors should model themselves after.
