Old Street has always been a favorite of ours in Smithtown. The waitstaff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is what I would call comfortable pub style. Drinks and table bread come out right after sitting down. So many great appetizers, from baked clams to hot Bavarian pretzels. All/most entres come with soup or salad, the French onion is excellent. Some personal favorites are the Chicken Saltimbocca and Chicken "Old Street," but never tried a bad dish here. Great drink specials as well! Vegetarian options: Salads, beyond burgers, and more. Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options and customization available. Parking: Large adjacent parking lot Kid-friendliness: Family friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, first floor with wheelchair level access.

Absolutely disappointed with this place and the people running it. It was my first time there and i was looking to buy some lunch! I bought my food here and they had a problem with me eating at one of their tables (even after spending my hard earned money on their food) because I chose to not get served by a waitress. I paid for my food full price (WASNT A FREE MEAL). I was being treated very rudely by every employee there (except an older lady by the door) just because I wasnt needing a waitresss service. I just wanted to eat my food! Guy at the bar said im not welcomed back because i didnt tip their waitress (even though they did not provide service whatsoever and was nothing but rude) no hospitality at all!!! NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS.. i have a business of my own and thats not how you treat your customers!!! If i couldve received my money back i wouldve!! Horrible and rude people!!!!
