I (like so many women) have been trying to find support in getting ADHD testing. Called here two weeks ago and was told, "if we decide to take you on we will call early next week and if we don't you won't hear back". Waited a couple of weeks and reached out to Continental in Garden City. They spoke to me right away, called me back to say they could work with me and I already have a consultation for neurological testing. Don't waste your time here.

Every time I need to refill my prescription, the front desk argues with me saying the pharmacy has it. My pharmacy has yet to be wrong/late, every time, same story. Rude, incompetent, has happened over 10x now this staff is a clown posse.

Queer patients beware. I explained to the doctor that I had a preferred name in our first visit. She made me dysphoric are very first time by having me explain what is preferred name is. Our next visit the doctor continue to tell me how beautiful my first name actually is and why dont I go by that?! seriously youre a psychiatric doctor I shouldnt have to explain what a preferred name is extremely disappointed. I went off my meds because I refuse to pay this terrible doctor.

I found this practice through a referral from another Doctor. I have a Traumatic Brain Injury and PTSD. I am very pleased with this practice and my doctor, Dr Ebstein. I would recommend this office very highly. The staff is very nice, caring and efficient. Dr Shelly Ebstein is excellent and very knowledgeable. Her medication management has been great and having a TBI and PTSD it is very difficult to trust. Dr Ebstein has my trust completely.
