We were excited to work with Chef Yvette and her team for over 16 months before our wedding, and when it finally came her team delivered. Unfortunately Chef Yvette couldn't be there (You were missed!), but William lead the team PERFECTLY. From the moment they arrived at 8:30 a.m., until after the wedding was over at 9 p.m., I barely saw any of them take a breath. William and his team delivered a beautiful cocktail hour with some amazing appetizers, and then knocked dinner out of the park with their family style delivery. The food was fantastic! We opted out of a cake because neither of us care for cake, and instead got an ice cream bar which all the guests seemed super excited for (we may have cut the long line, but we were the bride and groom!) and the pretzel send offs were a huge hit! William also made sure neither myself or my wife went thirsty all night! A Perfect Plate, did an excellent job for our wedding and I think can do an excellent job for your event too!
