        Purchased a blade roast , bacon and hot Italian sausage. The roast had about an inch an a half of fat that had to be trimmed away leaving only about 1lb 13 ounce roast definitely not worth $40 plus shipping. The bacon is mostly fat as well. I called the phone number on website and no one answers. I haven’t tried the sausage yet. Very disappointed in quality and lack of customer service.
