Mixed review of Il Felice in Seaford on Merrick Rd. Food was AWESOME!!! The waitress left something to be desired. I planned our work dinner there. I walked in 4th and the waitress was already yelling at my friend about Riesling. YELLING. Later on said she was just kidding, but really?Some of us ordered a carafe of red. I didn't love it, so I asked for the wine list back to order a bottle and she REFUSED to give it to me. I went to the bar and he told me NO, there was no other red wine. My mind was blown. How can you not want to sell me another bottle? As the night went on and my friends were asking questions she didn't want to answer them. She was supposed to let my gluton free friend about the eggplant. 20 minutes into the apps, she asked again and the waitress replied "no, you can't have that". My friend ordered the veal and said it was exquisite. What is dessert? Ice cream, a cannoli or a cake. Oh, what kind of cake? IDK, a slice with "green stuff". Seriously? I'll have a cannoli. My friend was brave. It was a slice of wedding type cake with strawberry cream. No green on it and stale. Cannoli was delish. Food was PHENOMENAL, but not sure I'd go back unless it was a busy night and there was another waitress.
