Hi David, sorry you felt our food was mediocre at best our eggs with homemade hash is an average price of $15 we use house made super trim corned beef briskets which is great quality & costly. I don’t recall what omelette you got but they average $10-16 which is again comparable to any other place however where we do differ is we serve fresh local produce use Simply Heinz on our tables and local farm eggs to name just a few so again we pride ourselves in quality, buying & supporting local, so that may not be your thing. We do make everything fresh so we put signs up because when we are feeding 40-50 people at the same time as we get very busy we only have so much space on 1 grill on weekends & busy lunches there’s a wait for tables! Today your food did take a few minutes longer to prepare because I was on the line cooking as the owner and also one of the employees fell ill so I was getting her taken care of at the same time & as a matter of fact I asked the server to apologize to you for the wait that’s why I specifically remember your order. We obviously wouldn’t be here in our 13th year if we only served a few tables a day or don’t care.Sorry for your disappointment & it’s always best to ask for a manager or owner to express a concern you might have if you’re not happy first. That’s giving us an opportunity to fix something or explain that something else could be going on before just complaining on line and not wanting to come back. None of us are in business because we don’t care and we just want to be mediocre at best!
