DO NOT EVER GO HERE, HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!
Went in to purchase two singular lights. A front and brake light for a 2019 Hyundai Elantra SE.
Harry Fredenburgh, the manager of this establishment charged me $67.95 to replace two 2357 bulbs. See below invoice.
Here are the facts;
A PACK OF TWO 2357 BULBS ARE
$4.48 RETAIL VALUE
MONRO CHARGED ME 11.75 X 2
$23 (an almost 5x retail price gouge)
MONRO ALSO CHARGED ME $20 x 2 IN LABOR
$40
Total cost: $67.95
I have two children. Who can afford this? I stupidly paid the price not realizing just how badly he was harming my family.
When I called to rectify, the manager blamed it all on price markup and was very mean and nasty to me when I mentioned the real cost of the bulb.
Dont go here unless you want to be taken advantage of or robbed.

I called the day of to see if this Monroe can squeeze me in for a State Inspection on a 2023 vehicle and they were very accommodating and said yes but I would have to leave the vehicle. I had no problem doing so and pick up my vehicle later when the inspection was completed. Thank you so much Monroe.
