Dr Jain is so warm and spends a great deal of time with you. So refreshing from meat grinder big business medical groups. She even pumped my meter because our appointment went over an hour! Highly recommend!

I visited Dr. Jain for my mothers checkup on Jan 11. I am not sure where to start but I have nothing but high praise and admiration for Dr Jain. What really stood out with me is the time Dr. Jain took with our initial consultation. We never felt rushed and felt at ease throughout our visit. She is soft spoken, compassionate, a great listener and most importantly very caring. Aside from being a brilliant and knowledgeable doctor, she really wants to know you from the human side and does her best in making sure we are getting the best service and walking out the door with all our questions/concerns answered. She really adds that personal touch and cares about all aspects of life and has so much knowledge to share. She digs deep to get to the bottom of any issues and is beyond thorough. She's also very accessible and very prompt with her responses whether its via phone or email. Jessica, her assistant was friendly and made us feel welcome moment we walked into her office. If you need to see an experienced rheumatologist who will actually listen to you and take the time to address all your questions, I would highly recommend Dr. Jain.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Dr. Jain and her office staff. Right from the start, whether speaking on the telephone, communicating by email or in person, Dr. Jain’s office assistant, Jessica, was courteous and helpful. It was a pleasure and also refreshing to have such a professional individual assist in my experience with a doctor’s office. Dr. Jain is amazing. I immediately felt her compassion towards me as her patient. Dr. Jain’s knowledge in her area of expertise was evident in the way she explained things clearly and concisely to me. She patiently listened to what I had to say and understood my concerns while answering my questions. Her accessibility is second to none whether by email or telephone. I have already recommended her to family members and friends. Having Dr. Jain as my doctor has already been a life changer for me.
