Marc Goldberg is my hero! I came to Marc10 years ago in a very desparate and precarious state. I had a very successful business and was forced to go into a Chapter 11 because of an unreasonabe and angry minority partner/shareholder. Not only did Marc help me to go through this very stressful time, but was able to get me financing to buyout my partner, because of his strong relationship with the bank. Marc has handled many matters for us in a professional and effective manner. In particular, I retained Marc in a complicated bankruptcy proceeding wherein I was appointed chairman of the creditors committee. He not only effectively represented the Trustee, but made lemonade out lemons on many occasions throughout the case. Ultimately through his legal advice and strategic planning, not to mention litigation skills, we recouped substantial sums for the unsecured creditors. Marc Goldberg has represented me since 2003. He was referred to me by a mutual friend who is also an attorney. At the time I had just lost a very difficult case that had been going on since 1994. When I lost the case, the Law Firm that had been representing me refused to continue on the basis that they felt the case was unwinnable. Marc agreed to take the case even though he knew it was going to be a battle. The case continued until late in 2009 through numerous appeals. Ultimately we prevailed in 2009 at The Supreme Court of the United States. Over the years we have become good friends. Marc has continued to represent me as well as my wife when necessary.
