Spelman Studios Photography & Video

She comes off as a sweet woman with a good amount of photos in her studio. However she did not come through for our wedding. She personally left 2 hours early. It took me reaching out to my venue (where she was a preferred vendor at the time) to get my photos. Despite her telling me I would have them after a week. Also, I was supposed to Have digital access online however they co to us to be downloaded with her watermark.

Two years later still waiting for albums. Excuse after excuse. Some albums were returned for excessive poor quality; excuses continue. Horrible customer service. Demanded the final payment ... big mistake!

Suzanne is a versatile, talented and focused professional who takes excellent headshots which I and my colleagues have used for our websites.
