Tired atmosphere, non communication or compensation for leaking Ceilings during light rain. Photos on website are bait and switch. No hardwood floors or teak in shower, missing tiles in bathroom, dirty cement floor, plastic windows, no art on walls, toilet constantly running, door didn’t open properly, no pendant lighting hanging from ceiling, no response to emails.

The hotel was comfortable for the 3 nights/ 4 days I spent there. The location was super convenient with food, bars, and nightlife around it. The ferry is also right next it so you don't have to carry your heavy bags for long distance. It was kind of a bummer that the swimming pool was not open for guests. The highlight of our stay at this place was the receptionist, Jeff was above and beyond making sure that my friends and myself had a great time. Super amazing person, we were very happy with Jeff's hospitality.

Our rooms were ready early, which was amazingly helpful. The hotel is located right by the ferry service and all of the LGBTQ nightlife, with only a few minutes walk to the beach. Also, Jeff was so nice and accommodating. Definitely will stay here again the next time we visit Fire Island Pines.
