After reading other reviews it certainly does seem that only folks w bad experiences will post a review. SO Im here to say the opposite: my family and I have ALWAYS had wonderful experiences at Wilton Urgent care by Saratoga Hospital. aaThe staff is always kind and (compared to other urgent care experiences), timely. We have always felt well cared for and left in better shape. so thank you Wilton medical arts!

My husband went to Wilton Urgent Care this morning for a cough, fever, shortness of breath, and congestion. He had taken three COVID tests at home, all negative. Initially, staff at urgent care stated that he could save himself a co-pay and go purchase an OTC COVID test (after he informed them that he had taken three already). Once he was brought back to the exam room, they checked his blood pressure, oxygen, and heart rate, and swabbed him for Flu A, Flu B, COVID, and strep (all negative). Not once did they auscultate his lungs despite his initial complaint of wheezing and shortness of breath, with an audible expiratory wheeze. They remarked that he was afebrile and he informed them that he had recently taken medication for his fever. He was not tested for RSV, and although the treatment is the same (conservative measures), RSV is quite contagious! Overall a poor experience with no clinical reasoning used when assessing him. It's truly no wonder that people skip urgent care and go straight to the ER in these circumstances, because they are not taken seriously.
