        Store can get a bit crowded as it is very small. Always tons of people working through so you are out fast.

        I placed an online order with Alex and Ani. I waited 3 weeks for the order to ship, couldn't get through to the 1-800 number, and got no reply from the customer service email. I thought I could call a retail store to get a different number to call, but instead, I found they were able to solve the problem completely. The store associates Alana and Marissa were able to determine that they had the product I ordered in their store and that they could ship the item to me immediately and notify the company that I didn't need the order shipped to me anymore. The item came the next morning!! After such an annoying process, it was great to be treated so well by these two associate who clearly care about their customers!!! Great job and thanks again!
