Spring Valley Apartments

The absolute worst management and maintenance team. We moved into a "newly renovated apartment" to find that the place had not been cleaned after the renovation. The new dishwasher was broken and the plumbing was totally backed up and wouldn't drain and this all for $2500/month! To make matters worse our move in date was on a Friday of a long weekend so we couldn't use our water until Tuesday. The property manager did discount our rent but this was just the beginning. We have had nothing but constant plumbing issues and their maintenance has never yet shown up when they say they will. One night at 1am a shower fixture burst and started flooding the apartment and when we called the emergency line the maintenance supervisor said he lived a couple hours away and would come in the morning..... It is now 6 months since we moved in and we are still waiting for someone to fix the drains in our master bathroom. Needless to say we are trying to find a way out of these lease but not holding our breath....

I lived at Spring Valley for 6 years. The Landlord Donald and Super David were always courteous and professional. Any issues I had, which were minimal, were responded to and resolved expeditiously. The grounds were consistently maintained well and snow was cleared quickly. I highly recommend Spring Valley.

I moved to Saratoga in May of 2017. I chose the apartment primarily because of the location - to all of what downtown has to offer and the proximity to my job. But, after living here for over 18 months I can say the location is only one great aspect of Spring Valley. The layout of the apartments are beautiful and efficiently designed. Large closets and a very large storage area is wonderful. Of course, the view of High Rock Park never gets old - and the farmers market is an added bonus! The owner and the management team are very responsive, extremely friendly and genuinely care to make this a community that we can all be proud of. It feels more like a home and not just an apartment to me. I gave a 5 star review not because this apartment complex is perfect - it’s not. But, I looked at many apartments and none of them are perfect. I gave it 5 stars because, for today, it’s perfect for me.

At first my boyfriend and I were interested in Spring Valley mainly due to the location. 5 minute walk to Broadway.. Really cant beat it. And Farmers Market right across the street on Saturdays morning. Nothing better than not having to move your car from Friday after work to Monday morning because you have everything walking distance. But we soon realized the apartments also had off street parking, laundry in the unit, storage unit, newly renovated floors AND they allowed pets. We were sold. Our apartment truly feels like home. The Spring Valley community goes above and beyond (i.e. introducing you and other new neighbors when you move in, hosting a summer BBQ, free ice cream truck visits, minor maintenance issues handled in hours). We highly recommend Spring Valley!
